THE TUNA CUTTING EXPERIENCE
Where Craft Meets Ceremony.
People at a social gathering selecting and sharing cuts of raw meat, including a large piece of beef, with a warm indoor setting.

Our Tuna Cutting Experience is one of the most anticipated evenings at Nineteen Hyaku. Whole bluefin is presented, broken down, and prepared before your eyes in an intimate, guided setting that celebrates craftsmanship, precision, and respect for the fish.

Guests enjoy a multi-course progression highlighting each cut, from lean akami to prized otoro, alongside thoughtful pairings and storytelling from our chefs.

We host these exclusive experiences regularly throughout the year. Reservations are limited and announced in advance. Follow us on social media for upcoming dates and ticket releases, these events sell out quickly.
